Pre-heated solar water heater
Details of material
1. Vacuum tube: OB-AL-N/AL-58mm*2000mm*58mm*1800mm
2. Inner tank: stainless steel SUS304-2
3. Outer tank: Zinc plated board
4. Bracket: coated galvanized steel sheet
(2 Types Types 1 as per picture below, type 2: to fit on a pitched roof)
5. Copper coil: 12mm, thickness 0.8mm
6. Fixation tool: stainless steel filature
Characteristics:
1. Use the copper coil as the heat exchanger, it is simple to install and use.
2. The water can be heated rapidly.
3. It can produce hot water with constant temperature, it is comfortable to use.
4. Can take high Pressure in put
The vacuum glass solar tubes will heat the water inside the inner non-pressurised tank. The coil inside the non-pressurised tank is the actual heat exchanger. When hot water is needed cold pressurized water will enter the coil, absorb heat inside the tank and exit to the hot water tap.
